Out-of-Network Insurance Coverage
Peaceful Heart Family Counseling works as an out-of-network provider with most insurance plans. If you have a PPO plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement of approximately 60–80% of costs after meeting your out-of-network deductible. Our Care Coordination team is available to help you navigate the insurance process and clearly understand your benefits.
To confirm your specific out-of-network benefits, contact the customer service number on the back of your insurance card and ask about coverage percentages for out-of-network providers. Virtual Only: All sessions are currently conducted via a secure telehealth platform.
Ages Served: I work with individuals aged 5 and up.
Scope of Practice: I specialize in individual therapy; please note that I do not offer family therapy, disability paperwork, or child custody recommendations.

Bariatric Evaluation Comprehensive:
$240 ($170 for first visit. $60 for follow up.)
