- Consultation & Direct Contact: First and last name, email address, phone number, requested counseling service(s), and message content submitted via our consultation request form, phone, or email.
- Device & Usage Data: Automatically collected browsing data, including IP address, approximate location, browser/OS type, and interaction data (pages viewed, links clicked).
How We Use Information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, coordinate counseling services, and support website analytics and marketing.
Data Sharing
- Service Providers: Website hosting and form processing vendors operating on our behalf.
- Analytics & Advertising: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for performance tracking and retargeting (which may constitute “sharing” for behavioral advertising under California law).
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
